Delete your Property Inspection App account

You can ask us to delete your Property Inspection App account and the information linked to it at any time.

How to ask

1. Email privacy@luailtd.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Delete my account - Property Inspection App.
2. We'll reply to confirm it's you.
3. Once confirmed, we'll delete your account and its data within 30 days and tell you when it's done.

Deleting an account is permanent. Before you ask, save anything you want to keep, such as any reports you have exported.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile (name and mobile number)
• Your properties, inspections, notes and photos
• Documents you uploaded, such as tenancy agreements and insurance
• Messages you sent to support

What we may keep

We may keep limited records that the law requires us to keep, for example billing records. Copies held in our provider's backups are overwritten on their normal schedule. Anything you already exported or emailed is outside our control.
